Instant hot water unit under sink

Hi everyone,
I currently have an over sink hot water handwash unit and I want to replace it with one that will fit into my new sink unit with a cupboard underneath to make it a bit neater.

I am having problems finding them to buy online (probably because I am calling them the wrong thing) - does anyone have any tips about where to get them from, how much it is likely to be and if there is anything I should look out for?

It doesn't need to be powerful, it will just be used a few times a day for handwashing in one basin. I wouldn't even mind a second hand one either.

How big a unit would suffice? In litres.... they seem to come in a lot of different sizes.
