On a slightly more serious note, would it not have been wise to cut the electric supply off to a disused warehouse?? I'm not condoning his actions in anyway, but electrocution for theft is harsh. I'm in my boring mood today (just today??) as you can tell.

Ive noticed in a lot of disused but sound buildings (as opposed to abandoned or derelict), they leave the incoming power on up to the main fusebox/breaker. Thats why people quietly take them over and grow hundreds of square yards of cannabis plants on free electricity in them.
