I am in a rented property with Stelrad Ideal W200 boiler for the CH system and hot water tank. The gas bill for 4 raditors and cheap gas cooker is enormous !
No instruction manual as system very old. (Inside panel indicates Ideal 2000 and 12/89)
Does anyone know how to operate this system as it seems to give out heat to radiators only when both HW and CH are both turned on. British Gas have advised water should only be on for short periods.
Qualified Gas Engineer unable to give advise other than having system on all day.
Any advice greatly appreciated on how this system works.
