Dear Forum,

We have flat and sloping ceiling and drarf wall which we would like to have them insulated. Can you please advise how this can be done and what is the best material for insulation this kind of ceiling.

Celotex... that stuff rocks

I did my office out and it has a flat roof. notorious for cold and wet spots. Now its warmer than the house :0)

Try out celotex its more costly than rockwool but is generally easier to handle and harder as well than rockwool.

50mm to 60mm should do the trick
