Hello All
I have been over and viewed a local eco house in our area and watched the video on how its done.
my question is if i were to install the batterns and then board over with thermal board woudl there be condensation

in the video at 3.20 mins he mentioned that they now use metal batterns as timber ones tend to rot with the condensation of a warm inside wall and a cold outside wall.
my question is if there is condensation wont this be absorbed by the board and appear as damp over time?
