I have a 3 bay steel framed shed with a fibre cement roof, the end bay is 20 foot x 12 x 12 high which has steel cladding on 2 sides and feather edge boarding on the other 2,also the floor is stone .in the winter it gets very damp and cold in there so i need to insulate it.
What do I use and how do I go about it?

Rockwool behind some plywood or something will help, but it'll still be damn cold and damp.
Best bet is probably a space heater and a bottle of propane

As neo says adding a vapor shield between the walls and the rockwool.

Rip off all the current sheeting and Kingspan it.
Job done.

Thanks for your help,Rockwool is that similar to fibreglass insulation on a roll.Kingspan is made just down the road here,
Vapor shield ,is that on the outside to keep the wet out,if i use kingspan do i need a breathable membraine on the inside to prevent warm air /water vapour passing through. : :
