Insulating garage roller door?

I have a garage door here - its a roller type door.

I've sealed most of the draughts - whats the best way to insulate the door itself, as it is not insulated. Any recommendations?

If you don't need to open the door very often then you could build a removable wall of cellotex propped up with battens and just remove it when the need arises.
