Insulating solid walls internally

Hi there,

Sorry I can't advise you this. We didn't get round to insulating the walls internally due to unforseen circumstances. Just as well as we are apparently eligible for a grant to get the walls insulated externally.
 
50mm cetotex + skimmed plasterboard is what building control are insisting on with me but I think it will depend on what your walls are made of.

Celotex have a calculator http://www.celotex.co.uk/ . You're looking for a U value of .28 or better on the walls.
