Hi,
Looking for some advice on how to go about insultating our 110 year old house.
(Apologies if this is the wrong forum)
We have a 1 1/2 storey house, with double glazing and central heating, however we can't get the temperature above 16degrees upstairs even with the heating on 24hours a day.
There is access to a small loft which has some insulation. We have access to about a third of the eaves on one side of the house, no access on the other side.
How should we go about improving the insulation in the house. Will we need contractors, is there a way of improving the roof insulation?
Many thanks,
