I'm worried about how best to insulate a pipe run.

1914 Solid-wall detached house
External Windhager Pellet Boiler (In a pallet on the drive - install starts Monday)

The 28mm flow and return from the boiler will run through the wall and then up and right into the floorspace above.

There will be about 8' of pipework running inside within what will be a 50mm (minimum) PIR-insulated wall.

I'm concerned about thermal bridging and windering how best to run the pipes within this 50mm "void". Can anyone recommend a high performance insulation solution that can best solve my problem?

Regards

Tet

Don't really understand your 8' of pipe in the wall- a sketch would be handy.
Climaflex do a massive range of pipe lagging, if the setting is exposed and the boiler is likely to be off at any stage during winter putting some trace heater tape on the tubes would be a good idea.
