Insulation + Boarding

After I put down a 200mm insulation in my loft, is it OK to then board over the top. Are there any condensation/moisture issues, do I need to let it breath?

If you squash the insulation to 4", then you have only 4" of insulation. If you want 10" you will have to add packers onto the joists.
