Insulation boards

Hi
Can I use foil faced phenolic insulation boards to insulate under a new suspended oak floor? The sub floor is 9 inch concrete and I intend to baton out the floor and then, with air gap between concrete and insulation, fill the space between joists with K8 boards, and then lay oak onto the joists. So the insulation board only sits between joists.

You can use these, but as they won't be continuous under the joists, then you need to age it with your inspector
