I'm fitting a new thermostatic radiator valve. My central heating system uses 8mm microbore piping, the thermostatic radiator valve comes in 15mm size only. I've got a 15mm to 8mm Int Reducer set (compression fitting) only I'm not sure which part of the 3-part Reducer set goes where and in which way. It comes with 2 brass thick washer-type pieces, one thicker than the other and an 8mm olive.
Can any one help? A detailed explanation or even better a diagram would help. Thanks :D

The very thick one goes directly into the trv,
Then the olive
Then the thin one goes on last-before the nut.
If u look at the thick & thin ones u will see on one side of each they are shamferred to accept the ollive.

Make sure your pipe is nice and clean,
Give it all a thin smear of paste jet blue/rocol etc and assemble
Insert pipe fully keeping it straight and finger tighten the nut then using a spanner give it a further 3/4 of a turn and Presto.
