Hi,

We hired a kitchen dude to build our kitchen. In this kitchen there's an integrated fridge/freezer with the freezer at the bottom....

Turns out the kitchen dude made the freezer cabinet's door 8 mm shorter in height than the rest of the base cabinets, meaning the top of the freezer door which is below the fridge door is 8mm lower than the rest of the base cabinets...

This isn't right right? or am i being compulsive? Thing is i don't know the technicalities which is why we hired the guy. but i would've thought they're supposed to line it up? correct me if i'm wrong.
.. if i'm not- How would a pro normally go about this, and what can i say?

cheers,
Xav

Thats what i planned on suggesting. he would also need to replace the door to the same size as the base cabinets, shift the fridge element up plus resize a door to the little cabinet above the fridge.

but i'm wondering am i being complusive? and nagging?
Is the kitchen dude crap, or is a 8mm difference normal?

cheers
