Integrated Fridge Freezer

I am having a kitchen fitted later this month. The fridge freezer has decided to give up the ghost early.
Am I ok to start using it and when the kitchen fitters arrive can they just slot it right in after it has been working for a few weeks?

No reason why not although the kitchen fitters will doubtless want you to empty it before they slot it into position, particularly if you've got a couple of sides of venison in there - terribly heavy doncha know.
