Interceptor trap u bend cleaning

Hi
Anyone know a good way of cleaning the interceptor traps the u bends in sewer line with clay tea pot lid.
Mine is full of gravel that needs clearing.
I can't physically reach in and down so need to get debris out somehow .
Ideas ????
