It's nothing more complicated then a duff fan. If you call the office on 01527 888000 and chose option one they will rinse your credit card for you

Make sure they know about the pressure sensor as well in case they forget to put it in the jobsheet.

If you get in serviced they might even let you have an extra 3 years warranty for £198!!

And tell them Ray said we don't oil fans

Called them... fixed price is indeed £238.80 with 12m warranty on parts changed.
Service is £84. Won't give the extra 3 year warranty as not serviced every previous year.

They weren't aware of any software changes that I thought you had mentioned Razor as said that would mean a new board.

As I've said there are most definitely new software settings that should be input into the 40kW boilers. Time for me to have a word with the office............

Office probably thought you meant firmware updates rather than different parameters.
