Interior window sill extensions

The interior window sills are currently 6" deep and I would like to increase this to 10" or 12". I understand that vinyl extension moldings are available for this purpose, which can be fixed over the existing sills - but cannot find the manufacturer or local stockist (Kingston/Richmond, Surrey area).
Would appreciate any advise on this.
