Intermittently working Worcester 24i combi boiler. Currently no hot water or radiators warming up.

Both water and radiator intermittently get warm. Works one day and not the next.

Makes strange noises. See

Can someone explain what this could be, give me an idea of what needs fixing and how much?
 
It has a fault.

But as I am not at the boiler I cannot tell you what is wrong!
