Help ! Im getting some quotes for soem internal changes but the 2 quotes so far vary drastically. Does anyone think either quote seems right...
Job to be done - Protect wood floor, apply acro props to ceiling, Open up lounge and dining room (already open to about 4ft) want it to go back to nib. Also do the same between dining room and Kitchen. Take out and dispose of existing brickwork , insert steel beams above load bearing wall as per plans and calcs already done. Make good plasterwork.
1st quote for both rooms £2400.00 / 2nd quote £4800.00. Difference is huge. Anyone got any ideas ?
