internal skin splitting on freezer

I have a LG fridge freezer, the freezer has 3 wire and plastic fronted drawers. the runners for the drawers are plastic. this has split and the drawers are not running property, making them stick and the only way to get them to go in or out, is to unload them and the lift them out, half push them in then refill.
its a real pain, I don't want to replace it as there is nothing else wrong.
does anybody know, how I can repair the splits, and with what?

That is classed as insulation failed it will cause problems in the future. I use doctor ding it's like a putty that you shape on the runners and allow to harden but not all the time it's successfull.
