I have just been to look at a house that’s on the market but unfortunately there was an internal water leak. My main concern is in relation to the concrete floor, I realise that the plaster/electrics will require work but what about the floor.
Is it a case of taking the whole of the ground floor up, or can I get away with just using a dehumidifier. I realise every situation is different but what should i expect/look out for.
Any information or advise would be greatly appreciated as i am completly lost.
