Intesa Boiler not firing up

Hi, I have a 4 year old intesa boiler and it is not firing up so I have no hot water or heating.

There is no clicking of the ignition when you turn on the central heating or the hot water.

When the heating is turned to "on" the pressure rises to 1.5 and is 1 when turned off. It sounds like it is turning on as normal but there is no ignition.

Any ideas??
