inverted loop radiators

HI FOLKS - NEW TO THE FORUM.

Central heating boiler was leaking, going to cost a fortune to repair/renew so took it out and welded up the leaks.
Refitted and flushed system through boiler and bled the system.
Everything seems to be running except for two radiators which I believe are on an inverted loop. Despite trying to bleed them they still don't want to get hot.
Any advice?
