IR sensor for 12V lights

Morning,

Following a repair to an illuminated bathroom cabinet I have a spare sensor from one of these - would I be able to use this as a switch on a 12v /10w light in my shed, and if so how do I know which of the 3 wires does what? (I presume they are live, neutral and switched live)

100-240V suggests to me it will not work with 12 volt.

I suppose you could use it to power the 12V power supply but why not change to 240V light?

To clarify, I just have the sensor - i.e. the IR switch on the 3 core cable - not the relay. So I want to know if I can use the IR sensor as switch on a 12v circuit, thanks
