Hi, Newby needs help please.

Mother wants me to replace her old redring electric shower(not quite sure of model number but it does look an old un) (which now dosen`t work) for another redring shower, thinking of installing the redring active 320s 7.2kw, but unsure about the wiring, this is where i need help, the cable seems to be 6mm (ive measured the outer sheathing and its 13.5mm x 7mm, and the total length of cable is about 10mtr long, i really dont fancy changing all the cabling because its gonna be a pain in the butt.

Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated ;)

If 6mm i would only replace with 7.2kw, if you start getting the newer 10.5kw then it would require cable changing.
She should also ensure an RCD is fitted
