Is a wooden frame any good for a storage box/shed

I have bought a keter garden store shed from argos and need to make a base that i can screw the shed to as the neighbours are fedup of balls going over their garden so i don't think they would like the shed over their

so i was thinking of making a wooden frame and placing the shed on top but would you recommend me doing it this way.
