Yes they should. Being unkind is being good to them. Making them feel it's ok to be a disgusting slob only hurts them. Look at those fat campaigns where they get fat women to empower themselves by dressing their fat laden bodies in different colours; it's still a dress on a pig.

Fat builders and trades people should be especially ridiculed. They are likely to be lazy, slobbish and not work as hard. It's a generalisation, but are generalisations often wrong ? No their not. Don't eat in a grease spoon every day and expect to be healthy.
