Yes, i agree.
Garage is for motorbikes, not enough side access for a car unfortunately, so even if they refuse the drop kurb (doubtfull as quiet side road and all neighbours have done it) ill still be building the garage/worshop.
There may be an issue though, the frontage of the house isnt square. Both ours and next doors gardens tapet to the kerb. Not sure if the front is wide enough to get a car on the front.
Will council still consider drop kerb purely for rear access for a motobike?
Not sure we will get any more reduction on the house. Done up its worth 110, she had it up at 90 and didnt want to go less than 80. She already turned down 75 and only accepted our 79 because were cash buyers and she liked us.
As i say though, ill need to get the electrics report done anyway so may as well be before we move.
