I'm reading an article on Politico which highlights the increasing use of digital technology to use psychological war on troops and civilians since 2014. (It's worth bearing in mind 14,000 people have already died in the past 8 years with little or nothing said about in the press.)
America has already noted how Russian mercenaries have been active in Syria and Libya, and many lessons learned by Russian forces in how to use technology with battlefield tactics that their British and American counterparts have only begun to use.
Are we ready?
