Is this as easy as youtube suggests..?

I have a new manrose extractor fan in my ensuite that I hate. I didn't choose it, it was installed as part of my loft conversion package. It is noisy and draughty so I would like to change it. I think I want to change it to another manrose that has an automatic shutter. Youtube shows a very simple process of essentially swapping like for like since the manrose wiring is the same for the 2 models I'm looking at. However I am not an electrician! Can I do this or is youtube giving me a false sense of confidence! (I've got a Manrose Quiet and thinking of changing to manrose xf100at.)

problems happen when you try and change a non timer model, to a fan with timer.

Both have timers, so should be straightforward..?

Should be as long as you ensure you turn the power off first and take good clear photo's of all the wires and their locations "before" you touch any of it.
