Is this boiler room sealed ?

Hi I have a valiant ecotech plus 612 boiler I think it’s room sealed just wanna check as starting a loft room shortly and boiler is fitted to wall one end also is it ok if I build a cupboard around it will leave gaps as required /vents if need be ? Thank you .
