Is this finished?

The person who installed our windows in our new extension says his work is completed and is asking for payment. But it looks like this window is not completed, or am I wrong? Is this how the space above the window should be finished?

Looks like the edge of the lintel, what do you think the window fitter should be doing additionally? Photos not very good tbh. Or if you are asking why has the lintel been left exposed they nearly always are, it is possible to render under the lintel or apply a coloured capping to the lintel edge, sometimes the exposed bit of lintel can be painted but they all really need thinking about in advance and it's debatable if a window fitter would be responsible anyway.
