Is this mould on wood and bricks?

Hi

We had a leak under our void under our suspended floor from a service duct that could have been happening for years. Whenever we returned home after a few days away there would always be a musty smell in the hallway which is above where the leak was happening

This has now been fixed and has dried up but looking at the pics attached on parts of the wood it looks white is this mould, and what do we need to do or check for

Just forget about it. It'll dry up now the leak is fixed.
 
I've heard they are a load of cowboys that spam forums. :roll:
