Is this woodworm?

I found this one a couple of joists in my living room. If it is woodworm, would a few thorough coatings of something like this be sufficient to kill them off?

Any light sawdust around the area? Underneath etc? Any other areas like that?
Yes, amongst the all the dust and crap on the ground there's a small amount of sawdust that stands out because it's much lighter than anything else downthere.

Then def treat all the areas as a precaution at the very least...

Sure looks like woodworm. I believe they have a 3-yr life cycle. Even if adults have vacated the holes there could still be grubs in the wood; unless those are very old holes. Best to treat it anyway, as a preventative if not a cure.
