is this worth anything? my grandad gave it me about 20 years ago, apparently it was screwed onto the front of a race car. no other details on it. If anyone can shed any light on it.

try looking for one on e-bay, better still do an advanced search of completed listings to see if any have been sold. A crude if effective way of determining an objects value.
