isar he24 turns on every min

I have a problem with my isar he24. When I set temp for example 19 degrees . Isar will do it but when he achieved 19 degrees he will turn on every 1 min to keep the temp. What I mean is It used to turn on every 10min when was very cold to 15-20 min when was warmer outside But now it turns on every min. I think something must be wrong ? Maybe some kind computer inside or temp sensor is faulty ? Please help

Check that there are no dripping taps or leaks of any kind on
the hot water pipes. Check no joints, isolating valves, washing
machine taps etc leaking (hot supply).

I meant temp in my radiators not in tap

Yes but a dripping tap will override the heating causing it to fire every minute

when isar starts it makes radiators warmer . It burns for 1min then I can hear water pump for 5-6 min and 1 min brake. And it repeats over and over

There is a pre heat disable kit that is available on the ideal range - I think the one I fitted was approx £100. This will stop the boiler pre heating.
