Isokern Chimney

anyone got experience of these things? Looking to build a new chimney out of Isokern DM36, brick faced up to first floor level then rendered so it matches the facing of the existing house (2 storey detached, about 1.5m clearance before neighbours garden starts)
Any advice or ideas of cost?
