I'm still struggling with the word war to be honest. That brings to mind both sides having tanks, both sides having planes, both countries being in possession of nuclear weapons instead of just one of them.

And to the immediately above it's not really clear to me why the UK allows citizens to travel to Israel to fight with the IDF, then return here. Funny old world.

Only 9 countries in the world have nuclear weapons (thank god) so the chances of both countries possessing nuclear weapons is virtually nil.

According to the website and security sources, all travellers must be vetted by Israel’s Shin Bet security service 24 hours in advance. But the actual crossing process differs sharply by direction. The palestinians are mass-murderers
The IDF are mass-murderers.

I just wish they'd all stop. But they won't, so the best thing for the UK to do would be to stay the hell away from any involvement or side-taking.
