I'd guess a doctor can probably count, and can work out whether the knees , testicles or heads were targeted when the victims come in in a sequence of groups with those specific injuries .
He is supremely qualified,
He obviously felt the distributions of numbers and types of injuries were significant enough to bring it to attention, as a troubling new pattern.
He's there, you're not. You're clearly biased as hell. His judgment gets more votes that yours. Your argument is coming across as uncharacteristically feeble, to the extent that you're devaluing your comments.

There are many other illustrations of the IDFs callous attitude. Remember the medical convoy they shot up, then reported it had no lights on?

It's a war, very one-sided now, and bad stuff happens. There's fog in war, but why do they suppress reporting? What does leak out, presents us a lot of ****ty images.
Their visible actions are extreme and repugnant. I see no reason for the concealed ones to be less so.
