Jaguar Combi boiler no DHW

I have a Jaguar Combi boiler that produces no DHW. CH works fine. HOWEVER, if I open all hot taps in the house (3 of them) then the boiler comes on and hot water starts to come through, but any single hot tap on it's own will not allow the boiler to recognise there has abeen a call for DHW. ALSO, when all 3 taps are open fully the water pressure is very low. Would this be a blockage and if so which filter and where is it located? Or could it just be the dreaded diver valve/Diaphram?

Probs diaphragm, i believe theres a service kit for this diverter valve
