Sorry, no manual, but a quick google came up with this:.

F0 means lack of system pressure.

F2 means the CH thermistor fault.

I have a jaguar and F0 means there is literally no pressure at all.
There should be a filling loop, (Like a silver braided pipe), underneth with either a tap or a screw in the pipe. If its a screw get the right sized screwdriver and just give it a ¼ turn anti clockise to make sure it opens.
Now, either side of the display are 2 'touch' pads. Press the left hand one once, this will tell you what pressure is there, for an F0 reading it may be as low as 0.1. This will remain displayed for 20 seconds. During this time open the tap or screw and watch the display increase untill it reads 1.2
If the display goes out before it reads 1.2 just press it again. Once it reads 1.2 close the tap/screw.
Now see if the heating comes on, it may not come on if it is on a timer so you will have to over-ride this by sliding the little switch next to the clock in the top right corner to the top position.
After you have done this with any luck your heating will come on. Go around all the rads checking for any leaks of water and look under the boiler. If you find any you can point this out to your landlord as the probable cause.

Good luck and let us know how you get on.
