The answer to the first four questions is....... No

The satanic mills could refer to the industrial revolution or organised religion.

The latter half of the song refers to a struggle to build Jerusalem in England's pleasant land.
It's a protest song/ poem that implies revolution and revolt.....nothing to do with patriotisim whatsoever.

Revolution against capitalisim backed by religion.

Got told that years ago by Denis that's in hospital right now dying. Just thinking about you mate
