I heard a phrase on the radio this morning and they were talking about all the recent Jewish antisemitism attacks and a lady interviewed said although she did not see or hear anything overtly antisemitic she could 100% point to she described it as "ambient" antisemitism.

Without reference to any specific incidents it's easy to see how the "ambient" antisemitism she alluded to is conflated with criticism of Israel.
