JG Aura Underfloor Heating Controller (Single Room)

Hi, we have UFH in our conservatory. The front panel of the JG aura unit got detached accidentally. I've clipped it back on and while it still seems to have all the settings and the little flame icon comes on as expected, it doesn't seem to actually fire up the pump and heat the floor. This happened once before and a plumber manager to key in whatever magic code was needed to get it working. Have tried the JG site and manual but frankly they're confusing AF!
