ive had that once too. felt sorry for the old dear cos her inoperative pump was under the floor and i couldnt change it for her. i went back everyday for week before it stopped raining and the water level went down and i could get under to change it. was pretty smelly under there though.
At least the gas leak was eaiser to find*.
