Nice little job to keep you busy

theoretically all the way down.

Although building control and planning may have something to say about a 20 storey cellar!

I thought the law was the top 6ft now. We had a letter from LR saying that the Church was claiming mineral rights on our land.

Three storeys!
Wouldn't like his council tax bill.

He'll be too old in another few years to traisp round it.

Well when I said theoretically, that is if there isnt any rights over the land. Alot of landowners, when they sold the land (churches, farmers, rich landowners of yore etc) whithheld the mineral rights, and also put conditions of use in.

Also as said previously the crown claims all gas, oil, coal.

If it really is The Crown, then maybe some good will come from the meddling behaviour of HM King Charles III when he says "No, it's mine, and you will not frack it."

Unfortunatly its the Crown Estate that owns the minerals, not the Queen/King, so I dont think Charles would be able to stop it!

I seriously dont think he will be Charles III either, a lot of negative history associated with King Charleseses (apart from the dogs, obv)

Not sure he will be King I suspect the Queen will just regenerate like Dr Who

Prince Charles, or rather the Duchy, has mineral rights under my place in Cornwall, says so on the LR Title.
