John Lewis cooker TCOs tripped

Two 70 deg TCOs are open circuit, meaning the grill and fan aren't working.
The other two TCOs (120deg & 140deg) are OK.

If I replace the two 70deg TCOs, could I replace them with a slightly higher temp, or would you say that's a bit risky?

Thing is, they've tripped for no apparent reason.

I've since thought, I suppose I should check the fan's working ok. If it isn't, that could be the reason why heat has built up and tripped them.

Maybe I've answered my own question (y)
