I would be very grateful for some expert advice on how to join the wall of a new lean-to extension to an existing cavity wall which is out of plumb by about 18mm over 3m height. (blue line on pic)

My SE thinks the house settled soon after being built in the 50s. It is not showing any signs of moving appreciably in recent years.

Can I build the internal block work leaf plumb and the brick leaf out of plumb by 18mm? (just following the existing line of old corner)

If I take this approach I plan to use 140mm dense blocks for the inner leaf and extra wall ties.

I would build the external corner of the extension plumb and integrate the slight 'twist' over the length of the wall.

Thanks in advance for your thoughts!

If its only 18mm out of plumb I'd just build the new external coner plumb, obviously! and just run the new into the old.
I don't think it'll be noticeable...
