Hey

Im in the process of putting up a stud wall. I'm plasterboarding it myself as well as my first attempt at skimming.

I've watched a few videos online about taping the joints and I feel relatively OK about this but what they dont show is what you do about the corners (internal corners in my case). do you tape this as well? or just leave for the skimming?

Thanks for reading and any advice you can give would much appreciated.

Is this the bathroom project you posted in June? I noticed you didn’t come back on the questions I asked on that thread but for several reasons, you don’t want to be plastering walls you’re intending to tile; it’s not necessary & will restrict the weight of tiles you can hang.

To answer your question, yes tape the internal corners (external will have beads) & usually the ceiling but you can only really do that if your re-skimming the ceiling as well.
